Shipping

We ship worldwide with a few reservations. The shipment cost is calculated automatically when you place an order. All purchases over EURO 250 have free shipping.

We work with PostNL for fast and secure delivery. Depending on the country of delivery the lead-time normally is between 1 and 5 working days within Europe.

Your order will be shipped within 7 working days where after you will receive an email notification with a tracking number for you to track your shipment.

When shipping outside the EU please note that custom or import duties can be charged once your parcel reaches its destination country. We ship from the Netherlands; these charges must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Please note that we do not ship to post office boxes or freight forward addresses.
